Memorial background

In battle and in victory, their names will be the ones we carry.

We have made a pact to record every memory, every trace, every story
so the names of those taken from us remain alive in the memory of this land and are carried into Iran’s future.
For every Javidnam—those whose names we refuse to let die—a countdown beats on.
A measure of time that does not stop,
until the dawn of freedom.
So that it stands as witness:
how long Iran has struggled,
how long it has endured,
and how deeply it has been stained by the blood of its youth on the path to liberation.
